For regular customers, ordering on invoice with payment terms is possible after approval. Please contact us for more details.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are usually shipped the same day. Delivery times: Netherlands/Belgium 1–2 days, EU 2–5 days, outside EU 5–12 days (depending on customs).

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over €500 within the EU.

You will receive a tracking code by email after shipment.

We ship the available items and notify you about any missing products. You will never be charged for items not delivered.

Import duties and taxes may apply for shipments outside the EU and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office.

Returns are only accepted for unopened, undamaged products in their original sealed packaging and after prior approval. Opened or used jewelry cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Report this within 48 hours by email with clear photos. We will arrange a suitable solution.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the error was on our side.

Yes, all our piercings comply with EU regulations and are nickel-free.

Yes, personalized jewelry or packaging is available from certain minimum quantities. Contact us for details.

Our jewelry is not autoclaved or sterilized upon delivery. Proper hygiene after receipt is the customer’s responsibility.
