  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are usually shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

We ship orders using reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD, depending on destination and order size.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available for orders over €500 within the EU.

  • International shipping rates vary per country.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days

  • EU countries: 2–5 business days

  • Outside the EU: 5–12 business days (depending on customs clearance)

5. Track & Trace

Upon shipment, you will automatically receive a track & trace code via email to easily monitor your shipment.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us. We will assist in tracking the shipment and finding a suitable solution.

7. Customs & Import Duties (Outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

8. Shipping Errors or Damage
