General Service Terms – Titanium Piercing Wholesale

These terms apply to all business transactions conducted through our website. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all quotations, orders, deliveries, and services provided to business customers. Deviations are only binding if agreed upon in writing.

2. Orders & Contracts

An order becomes binding once placed via our webshop or confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse orders or request additional information if there are doubts regarding creditworthiness.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices exclude VAT and shipping costs.

  • Payment must be made according to the selected payment method.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel deliveries if payments are overdue.

4. Delivery

  • We aim for prompt delivery but do not guarantee delivery times.

  • Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and order size.

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

5. Product Information & Images

We strive to provide accurate information, but errors in product descriptions, prices, or images may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors.

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Our piercing products comply with legal standards and are nickel-free according to EU regulations.

  • Customers are responsible for professional use and resale.

  • We are not liable for damages resulting from incorrect use of our products.

7. Return Policy

Please refer to our separate Return and Refund Policy. Hygienic products (such as piercings) can only be returned if unopened.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, photos, logos, and product names on our website are the property of Jesa Piercing BV and may not be used without explicit permission.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes should preferably be resolved amicably. If necessary, disputes will be referred to the competent court in Roermond.
