Return and Refund Policy – Titanium Piercing Wholesale

This policy applies exclusively to business customers.

1. Return Requests

Return requests must be submitted via email within 7 business days of receiving the order to sales@titaniumpiercingwholesale.com. Please always include:

  • Order number

  • Product codes of items to be returned

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (in case of damage or incorrect delivery)

2. Conditions for Returns

For hygienic reasons, we only accept returns of piercing products if:

  • Items are unopened, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging

  • The return has been pre-approved by our customer service

  • Items are not customized, engraved, or specially ordered

3. Exceptions (Non-returnable items)

  • Earrings, piercings, or jewelry that have been opened or removed from packaging

  • Jewelry showing signs of use

  • Sale items, promotions, or limited editions

  • Specially ordered or customized items

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect delivery or transit damage). In such cases, we will provide a return label.

5. Refunds and Credits

After inspecting the returned items, a credit note will be issued within 10 business days.

  • We do not offer cash refunds; approved returns are credited towards your next order.

  • Returns made without prior approval or beyond the allowed period will not be credited.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report any damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by clear photos. Claims reported after this period will not be accepted.

7. Packaging & Liability

Ensure products are properly protected and packaged when returning. We are not liable for damages incurred during transit.

8. Handling Fee

A handling fee of €35 will be deducted from the credit note for returns that are not due to errors on our part.
